We recently went out shooting. Jeff is showing off his birthday present (The Taurus Judge), and luckily for the rest of the world, Austin's is fake. We found a great place outside of Faust. There was a cool little canyon that we hiked up. Austin says it was at least 5 miles both ways. Actually it was closer to a mile and a half one way. We pretended that we were survivors of a plane crash. (Not my idea!) We talked about surviving on bugs etc. Austin was ok with the idea til we actually couldn't find the truck when we got out. That is when we talked about marking a trail! A tad late but whatever. We finally found it and headed home after a few stops of trying to catch lizards we saw on the sides of the road. TOO bad we didn't actually catch the little guys. Maybe I could have kept them in my tub. Next time Jeff wants to bring the dogs...yea me! It was a perfect day...not hot or cold.
